Allu Arjun’s last film Pushpa: The Rule released a year ago and during the premiere at Sandhya Theatre a tragic stampede took place.
Two members of a family died and their son Sritej was badly injured. Even after a year he has still not fully recovered. Allu Arjun, Sukumar and Mythri Movie Makers supported the family financially and Allu Arjun’s team has been regularly checking Sritej’s health condition.
Recently, rumours started saying that Sritej’s father is upset and Allu Arjun’s team is not responding. But this is false.
They have been in touch with the family. In total, they have spent around Rs 3.20 crore for Sritej’s treatment and family support. A Fixed Deposit was also created, and the family receives interest from it.
Producer Bunny Vas responded in a press meet, saying industry members like Dil Raju are helping in discussions and they are ready to provide any more help needed.
